Love it!
PYM magnesium is amazing! I have my husband and Dad using it nightly also and they sleep well. I started taking PYM to help with some anxiety and to help me get to sleep. I work 12 hour night shifts and was having a little trouble falling asleep, so when this came up on my Facebook feed, and is natural, I figured I’d give it a go. It definitely works for me and I recommend it to people often.
